Abstract

The migration of individuals from one country to another leaves traces in different aspects of the lives of individuals, the most important of them is their right to sustainable development, and this right is made up of a set of basic rights that individuals should possess, regardless of their status as indigenous citizens or immigrants. The sustainable development goals is to achieve human well-being in a way that does not affect the rights of individuals in future. These constituent rights to sustainable development are mentioned in the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, as countries work with the assistance of international organizations to achieve them, and international migration is one of the most important external factors affecting this, and its impact is positive in some and negative in others.
