The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Making Administrative Decisions at Tikrit University

Abstract

The current study set out to analyze how artificial intelligence can enhance administrative procedures, assess how it affects the caliber of administrative decisions, comprehend the difficulties and worries related to artificial intelligence's quick adoption, and investigate how artificial intelligence affects administrative innovation. The study sample was given a questionnaire, which was created to gather data and information as well as gauge the strength of the respondents' opinions and responses. The descriptive analytical method was employed in this process. There were 280 administrators at Tikrit University in the study sample. The Likert scale with five points was also used. However, the study reached a set of results, the most significant of which are as follows: Artificial intelligence and administrative decision-making techniques have a very strong correlation. Additionally, the influence of effective AI on decision-making varies depending on its three components: systems and software, infrastructure and equipment, and human resource capacity. The study concluded by recommending that Tikrit University concentrate on promoting artificial intelligence systems and software and strengthening human resources by training academic and administrative cadres and organizing seminars on how to effectively identify and comprehend these systems and techniques.
