this research sought to understand the impact of administrative leadership in responding to crises in schools, analyze how this leadership responds to potential crises in schools, identify the factors that contribute to the success of crisis leadership in schools, and improve effective leadership plans for managing crises in schools. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the data was entered into the SPSS program, and the research resulted in many results, such as the following: There is an impact of administrative leadership in crisis management, and there is an impact of decision-making in crisis management. There is also a strong effect of the relationship with leaders on crisis management, and there is a good effect of leadership and management on crisis management, in addition to a strong effect of the quality of administrative decision on crisis management.
